It is run by Dave Considine, an american ghost hunter/demonologist. Be aware though - some forum members will disagree with the Christian perspective of the site.

I see that he describes himself as a 'religious demonologist' which he defines as: 'a person who studies how mankind is affected by negative entities of the spirit realm and comes to the aid of people who are being influenced by them' - sounds a lot like the 'Watchers' in 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' to me, if you get to kick some serious demon ass where do I sign up?
